DESCRIPTION

The property is a 3.7 ha long narrow strip of land next to a natural stream on the foot of the Outiniqua mountains. It is located 30km’s towards Oudtshoorn from Mossel Bay close to a little village called Ruiterbosch.

The property has no infrastructure apart from al little dam in the stream, a 2 x 6m mountain hut and two water tanks that get filled by rainwater from the roof of the hut.

There is no electricity on the plot but the main electrical line that feeds the neighbors runs about 30m from the boundary and a connection can easily be obtained.

The area is beautiful with a view of the mountains and surrounding valleys.

Perfect for holiday break-always or weekend farming.
